Connected Development was an exhibitor in the M2M Zone at Super Mobility Week 2014, as well as a Gold Sponsor for the M2M Zone Conference. During the 3 day exhibition, Connected Development showcased their reference designs and platforms that enable connectivity for Machine to Machine applications. On display were finished products in the wearables category, healthcare and transportation vertical markets, as well as custom designed Printed Circuit Boards highlighting their expertise in custom antenna design work and their ability to implement complex designs in size constrained devices.
On Wednesday, September 10th, Stefan Lindvall, President of Connected Development, participated as a panelist at the M2M Zone Conference Session, “The Healthcare Sector Tries Wearables on for Size.” This session focused on the outlook for wearable and embedded devices in the medical and wellness sectors, as well as the technology platforms that are making telemedicine happen. Stefan noted that “the outlook for continued adoption of IoT in the healthcare market is positive; there are strong drivers in place from both a business and technology standpoint that are fostering tremendous innovation and development in this segment.”
